Cyber Monday Promotion – The Technology Store

Promotion Period: 1 December 2025 – 2 December 2025 (NZDT)

1. Eligibility

- This Promotion is open to all customers purchasing through our online store with a delivery address in New Zealand.

- By placing an order during the Promotion Period, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotional Offers

- The Cyber Monday promotion (“Promotion”) provides an additional 10% off eligible items on top of our Black Friday deals.

- The extra 10% discount will be applied automatically in the cart for all eligible products.

- The Promotion is valid only during the Promotion Period or while stocks last.

- Exclusions apply:

• EcoFlow products

• OPPO refurbished phones

- Promotional discounts may not be combined with other offers, loyalty rewards, or discount codes unless specifically stated.

- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.

3. Online Product Availability

- Stock levels are updated regularly but may vary due to high demand.

- If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer to arrange a refund or a suitable alternative.

- No rain checks, pre-orders, or back-orders are available for Cyber Monday promotional items.

4. Order Processing

- Orders will be processed in the order they are received.

- Processing times may be longer due to increased demand during the Promotion.

- Customers must ensure all shipping and contact information is accurate at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

- Standard shipping terms and fees apply unless stated otherwise.

- Delivery estimates on our website may vary due to seasonal courier delays.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, severe weather, or service disruptions.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

- All purchases are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

- Change-of-mind returns (if permitted) must follow our standard return policy.

- Items purchased during the Promotion will be refunded at the price paid, inclusive of any discounts.

- Faulty items may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund under the CGA.

- Returned items must be in original condition unless faulty.

7. Digital Products, Downloads & Gift Cards

- Discounts do not apply to gift cards, store credit, or digital products unless explicitly stated.

- Gift cards may be used to purchase eligible promotional items.

8. Pricing Accuracy & Website Errors

- We aim to ensure all pricing and product information is accurate.

- If an error affects an order, we may cancel and refund it in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986.

- Customers will be notified of any issues as soon as possible.

9. Order Cancellations

- Orders may be cancelled due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

- A full refund will be provided if we cancel an order.

10. Privacy & Data Security

- Personal information is managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and our Privacy Policy.

- Information is used only for order processing, customer support, and service improvement.

- Data is stored securely and not shared except as required to fulfil orders or by law.

11. Changes to the Promotion

- The Technology Store may modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion due to factors outside our control.

- Any changes will comply with the Fair Trading Act 1986 and will not affect completed orders.

12. Governing Law

- These Terms & Conditions are governed by New Zealand law.

This promotion is provided by Konec Solution Ltd, trading as Technology Store, located at Level 10, 87 Albert Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any eligible product from Konec Solution Ltd T/A Technology Store through the specified cooperative or promotional campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility

3-1. This promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Konec Solution Ltd, its affiliated retailers and agencies, and their immediate family members.

3-2. The offer is available to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

3-3. A maximum of one claim per person is allowed.

3-4. Purchases must be made using valid New Zealand contact, payment, and delivery details.

3-5. Claims must include a valid email address and phone number.

4. Promotion and Participating Products

4-1. Eligible purchases made during the Promotional Period from the Eligible Online Store qualify for a specified Bonus.

4-2. Promotions are available while stocks last and are not valid with any other offer, discount, or voucher, unless otherwise specified.

5. Bonus Offers

5-1. If any Bonus is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with another of equal or greater value.

5-2. Bonus(es) are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5-3. Bonuses may be subject to additional terms, including:

a) Discount Codes: Refer to section 8.

b) Draws: Random draws (if applicable) will be held within 5 working days after the Promotion ends. Winners will be contacted using the details provided. Unclaimed prizes after 5 working days may be redrawn.

6. Stock Availability

6-1. Bonus items (e.g. free gifts) are subject to availability and will be provided to customers with valid, eligible claims while stocks last.

6-2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the offer once stock is exhausted or for any unforeseen circumstances.

7. e-Gift Cards

7-1. E-gift cards are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and no change will be given.

7-2. They may be used for full or partial payment. Unused balances remain valid with no expiry date.

7-3. E-gift cards should be treated like cash; lost cards will not be replaced.

8. Discount Codes

8-1. Discount codes must be entered before their advertised expiry date during online checkout.

8-2. Redemption is limited to one code per customer per transaction, and codes may only be used once.

8-3. Discounts are inclusive of GST and not combinable with any other offer.

8-4. The Discount Code must be redeemed at the time of purchase through the Eligible Online Store.

8-5. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel codes at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

9-1. Konec Solution Ltd T/A Technology Store is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising in connection with this promotion.

9-2. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

10. Right to Amend or Cancel

Konec Solution Ltd reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotional offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, subject to New Zealand law.
