Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch and deliver all orders as quickly and safely as possible. The information below sets out our estimated delivery timeframes and what happens if a parcel is damaged, delayed, lost, or misplaced.
We only ship to physical addresses within New Zealand.
A $5.00 shipping fee applies to orders under $100.
Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
Once we have dispatched your order, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number and link so you can track your delivery.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Our estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch are:
-
Auckland: 2–4 business days
-
North Island: 2–5 business days
-
South Island: 3–5 business days
These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, network disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the delivery with the courier.
Signature Required
Unless otherwise specified, our parcels require a signature on delivery to help ensure they are received safely.
We recommend that someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel or, where available, that customers select a secure delivery option.
Authority to Leave
If you provide the courier with authority to leave your parcel without obtaining a signature, the courier may leave the parcel at the location you have nominated.
Once the courier confirms that the parcel has been delivered to the authorised location in accordance with your instructions, responsibility for the security of the parcel after delivery generally rests with you. We therefore recommend choosing a secure and suitable location when providing authority to leave.
If you believe a parcel has not been delivered to the authorised location, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
Delayed, Damaged, Lost or Misplaced Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or is delayed, lost, or misplaced while in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the courier to investigate what has happened.
Where appropriate, we will lodge a claim with the courier and assist with the process on your behalf.
Courier investigations and claims can take additional time to resolve. The timeframe and outcome of an investigation will depend on the circumstances and the courier's investigation and claims process.
We will keep you informed of relevant updates while the matter is being investigated.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
